Ordered the wrong size? Looking for a different color? Make an exchange!

At this time we do not accept returns. We only offer exchanges.

Exchanges are for qualified items only and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, your item is no longer eligible for an exchange.

Qualified Items:
Merchandise must be in new & perfect condition in order to be accepted for an exchange. We do not accept exchanges of items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. All items must have the original tags and be placed in the original packaging. Items with stains of any kind, pet hair, cologne or cigarette smell, sale items, discontinued items, and/or products marked as FINAL SALE will not be accepted for exchange.

Making your Exchange:
As Catch + Club is a small business we are unable to include the return shipping costs with your order at this time, therefore return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items should be sent back in proper packaging to protect the merchandise. The customer is responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Please include the packing slip with your exchange, without it your exchange risks being ineligible for processing.

Once we receive your exchange, please allow us ample time to process it.
